service

After speaking with the pseudonyms (Aaron - Jay) about failing hardware -- The PVR has dumped it`s whole load 3 times -- the PVR`s drive says it`s mostly full 88% or wo with just about nothing on it.
I am not exactly technically incompetent.
There is almost nothing on that drive listed anymore.
I suggested a (like for like) swap for failing hd (this one is 12 yr).
I was told by these a**hol*s that they would talk to me if I gave them $170.
After 30`ìsh years with telus they look like Russian ransomeware types!

I have very little idea why anyone would deal with them anymore.

No luck yet, but have not had much time.  The ISB7050's drive now has 0 content left, but shows that it is 86% full.

This one can be marked as Resolved. 😁

  • That's wild!  Did you call 611 to speak to someone in Support or did you call a different nimber?

It wasn`t 611, but a number from the telus site. I got a service questionaire from TELUS call centre about the service afterward.
