Returning equipment
I posted my equipment but I forgot put my name and letter from telus inside the box , what can I do now ?

Keep your tracking information, and a screen shot of it having been delivered to Telus. They have a record of the serial number of the equipment loaned to you and can connect the two, if you didn’t include your info.
Also, was your return address on the package? That is another connection to you as sender.
