New PVR Box. Recording erased. Is there anyway of retrieving? Thank you.

Did you upgrade to the new Optik equipment? If you did and received new equipment there's unfortunately no way to retrieve old recordings.

Telus TV PVR keeps deleting all recordings and scheduled
