Program Optik Remote for TCL 55S421
My Optik remote no longer control the volume on my Optik cable box.
For some reason, everything else works on the remote, except for changing the volume on the Optik box.
If this cannot be resolved, I wish to link the Slimline Remote 2 to my TCL 55S421 television. This does not seem to be working.
Is there any way I can fix this ?

Did you recently change out your equipment for any reason? Not sure why it'd suddenly stop working. If you're aware of how to sync remotes, our TCL codes for you to try are as follows:

5 days ago, I used a code, 0021 which synced my remote to my TCL tv until I used my Roku remote. It worked for my remote for an additional 2 days, then stopped working. 2 days ago, I used code 001 which I found on this forum for my slimline 2 remote to sync to my TCL tv. This worked until I used my Roku remote to navigate from my Home Screen to my cable box-again. The remote stopped working, and once I tried code 001, it would not work again. Today, I used code 0001 and it worked as all the other codes I was seeing were 001. I have not yet had to use my Roku remote, but is there or will there ever be a fix to use my remote without having to sync it every day? Additionally, now that I have a slimline 2 remote, I can only control the tv volume, and not the box volume and haven’t been able to control the box ever since it was synced to a TV. Why are there so many problems with this remote and will there be fixes?
