Power plug in adapters

I received three boxes from you guys and never used the third one, one of our units started having problems and wouldn’t turn on and would just stay white. 
I swapped to the new box we had and it did the same thing. So I tried the new power adapter and it worked. Now the second box is doing the same thing. I was reading about it and was told to come here and have you guys send me two adapters, as I don’t need the whole units and you send out better ones then in the box. I figured I would try this before spending money on new ones
