POOR SERVICE
I have had an outstanding service calls for over a month now for my home security system, TWO service appointments set up and TWO service appointments the tech did not show up. Two days sitting at home waiting for the CALL to say he/she was 15 minutes away. Customer service is a complete joke and the escalation manager is well lets just say not up to her job title.
This is how you run a company, buy the little guys (ADT and The Monitoring Centre) and give **** service.... WHY??
