poor service

I was on hold for hours and bill was incorrect not to mention slow signal , you have 1 job provide internet services . disgruntled customer asking for rebates because of the lousy performance

    Were you able to get through to our team for assistance?

    • no waited on hold for a couple hours they were suppose to correct my billing and never got through outraged and the signal is slow . I want a rebate and someone i can speak to thank you.
