Phone lines down in the forest near me

There is a bundle of Telus lines that have fallen and are blocking a service road in the forest near me

Well we have done that 3 times, and 3 times a technician came and didn't do anything.  The line is still there.  Nobody uses the wired service, two of us have rural wireless services.  Perhaps the technician sees the wireless services working and says no problem.  The wire is blocking an access road

    1. Go to the Telus outages page here: https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages
    2. Click the green Report an outage button on the right.
    3. Click the Report an outage box on the right.
    4. Fill out the details of the issue in the form and submit it. That should send it pretty directly the the group that will need to deal with it.

Can't say how fast it'll get resolved but if they know it's blocking a road, that usually gets a bit more attention sooner.
