Payment update

I recently discovered that I hadn’t updated my payment method, causing all my bills to add up and my internet to be disconnected. If I pay the requested amount to restore my internet now and cover the remaining balance in a few days, should my internet be restored within an hour, or will it remain disconnected until I make the full payment?

    If your account was suspended for non-payment, service would only resume once the payment is posted to your account. We recommend using a credit card for payment since it gets posted immediately. If you pay through your bank, it can take up to 5 days for the payment to process and restore your service.
