Paying bills
Their customer service for being on top of billing is the WORST ever. I never got a bill for FOUR months and then it was all wrong wrong!!!!!!!! Took me TWO days and SIX people to fix it. Now they're going to disconnect me again even though I have made a promise to make a payment on a certain date. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!?????
