Nothing is starting
I needed to change outlets for my modem. In order to plug a powerline adapter, I unplugged the entire system modem, cable box, router were all connected, now nothing is starting after I plugged it back into a working outlet

By “unplugged” do you mean just the power, or did you also disconnect the Ethernet as well? If only the power, unplug everything again, then starting with the router start each device, allowing each to fully start before moving to the next.
