It has started again

Last year I had a problem with my Telus copper wired TV not connecting to the internet. After a few months the 2nd Technician solved the problem which was the original Boxes were refurbished & no longer would connect. With 2 new ( not refurbished )  boxes it worked as it should. Well the problem is happening again. Turn on TV screen shows HDMI 1 that’s good. Then the screen shows the Telus TV screen then the QR code shows up with Check tv connection change HDMI SETTINGS. Then the tv shows Android, Google symbol flashing, tv box blinking white, remote blinking green, TV connects, message at bottom of screen reads remote connected, next it reads Active internet connection. Now I don’t know why the tv now takes all these individual steps to connect when all these steps used to connect immediately. Is it the Box again or is it just CRAPPY TELUS INTERNET SPEED

    • Restart your TELUS TV Box and modem/router to see if it resolves the issue temporarily.
    • If it persists, contact our Technical Support team at support.telus.com/home-expert-sm and request a check or replacement for the TV box. Make sure to mention the previous issue with refurbished boxes, this helps the agent determine whether a new unit is needed.
    • If your internet speed is fluctuating, the support team can also test your connection and ensure the modem/router is performing correctly.

      I did the internet speed test 15Mbps download 2.16upload
      We are off to Mexico February 7th I will check all this when I get back the end of February
