Internet set up

I’m going crazy here. I need help please

      Thank you so much for your reply but it’s the wireless home internet. It didn’t come with a SIM card. I had to go and get one from the shop and it’s not activated. I have been calling for 2 days now

        That's odd, it should've come pre-provisioned. You can try doing it online yourself, just so you don't have to call in.

         

        - Log in to your My TELUS account.

        - Navigate to 'Plans & Devices'

        - Select your Wireless Home Internet subscriber line (it should show as Pending or Active but with no data moving)

        - Find the 'Swap SIM' or 'Activate SIM' option. You'll then be asked for the 19 digit number on the back of the SIM card you got.

        - Once you submit it, wait 5-10 minutes and then insert the SIM into your Smart Hub while it's powered off, then turn it on.
