How to report frequent outages?
Hi
So I've been through the poor chat robot and it's cycles endlessly today. My Internet keeps dropping and all I want to do is report the outage, and instead I'm recycling through the same options again and again and again until the bot just says customer service is closed.
Is there no one working at all there? I can't report an outage without seeing damage or the cause first hand? I'm getting really tired of the run around here. We're not in full on dystopia yet, can we please get some simple tools to even alert Telus of issues? Every time, it's hours just to report the issue, if there's even customer service working.. No techs? Nothing?
I'm getting really frustrated with companies wanting to make everything as awful as possible for the customer.

While our digital assistant is designed to help with troubleshooting, we recognize that sometimes you just need to speak with someone directly. If your internet keeps dropping, you can check for reported outages or report outages in your area by visiting telus.com/outages.
If no outage is listed, you can also send a private message TELUS_Support so we can investigate further.

Hello, the website does not allow users to report a home service outage other than physical damage to infrastructure. The outage map also did not represent sustained outages that were affecting numerous users in my area. Neither resource is helpful in reporting or confirming home outages in my experience with TELUS.

There's a lot of factors that could affect your service - are you losing the ability to surf the web at consistent times throughout the day? Is it random? is it all devices?
