Fiber Internet Outage in Edgemont
My fiber internet link went down last night roughly around 11pm, I rebooted the modem multiple times and the light indicator comes back to RED. Spoke to a few of my neighbours this morning and they are all experiencing the same issue. I live in Edgemont, west side of Edmonton.

I am in Secord and have the same issue. Nothing shows up on Telus' outage page or anywhere else.
Internet services were restored around the morning of 10 to 11 AM but no notification from TELUS on what happened? Can someone reach out directly to let me know what happened?

We do have an ongoing outage in the Bonnie Doon area of Edmonton at the moment, though that's more centralized and shouldn't impact your area. We'll send you a private message to discuss further.
