Equipment Upgrade?

I have 1Gig fiber, Optik TV and a landline and still have the white Nokia ONT, T3200M and Technicor UIW8001 PVR.  I've had this equipment for about 5 years.   Will Telus give me a free upgrade to something newer?  All 4 of our mobile devices are Samsung S24's.  Tried to call them but was on hold for over 2 hrs before hanging up.
