Change times landline rings before going to voicemail
Landline is FINALLY working, but after three rings goes to Telus voicemail. It needs to be at least 7 but I would prefer if Telus voicemail didn't pick up at all and it went to the physical phone voicemail. How does one do that?

That's strange. From your Home phone, wait for a dial tone, then dial *94. You should hear 2 quick beeps
Enter the number of rings (from 2 to 9 rings) you want the caller to hear before the call is transferred to voicemail
Hang up. Your number of rings will have been successfully adjusted.

I know exactly what to do. And as I said it does not work.

o set this up, you can follow these steps to adjust the number of rings before voicemail picks up, or even disable Telus voicemail:
- Increase the Number of Rings Before Voicemail Picks Up:
- Dial *94 on your landline.
- This will allow you to change the number of rings before the voicemail picks up. You may need to experiment with different settings or contact customer support if you prefer to have more than 3 rings.

- this does not work. you get 4 quick beeps and any key pressed after that disconnects and there is no change to the rings before going to voicemail
