Can't verify or access CRAVE
I can not use Crave. I can log into Crave through my service provider (Telus) but it's prompting me to verify the account with my email but the email on file with CRAVE is telus.net -- not the gmail.com that all Telus emails are now. In addition, I can't change the email address to the proper one, so I'm stuck. I have this service that I'm paying for that I can't use - it's beyond frustrating. I tried reaching out for help to no avail. And these AI assist chatbots are garbage. I want a real human being to help me out but apparently they don't exist.
