Cancelling service
I am done, Telus optic internet is slightly faster than dial up. I disconnected Telus tv as internet slowed down when I got it. I have used 10gb of cellular data to augment my home internet, which drops regularly. I have been with Telus since 2013. It feels like I am a customer who is taken for granted

- I didn’t wind up canceling Telus. It appears Stingray is incompatible with Telus optic internet. Apple streaming works fine. Telus tv, etc do you have to search for a tv show you’re watching? Netflix, Apple, prime & starz all remember you. On Telus third world tv, you’re a new customer, every day
