Brand new Fibre Modem cycling internet up and down
This is a graph of the Internet availability on my new Fiber Modem; every couple of seconds, it drops to zero for the Internet. I remote VM into clients, and the VM loses connection for about 3 seconds and then is back; I can't work like this. What is up?

Hi rubicon65 - this is strange behavior. Have you had a chance to speak with our technical support team about this?
- Not yet. I've been conversing with Telus Support, but they have no idea why the modem is dropping the internet. Can you see the modem doing it in its diagnostics window. I'm getting sick of the dropping. It's hard to work on VWWare clients when you lose connection to them with a hardwired computer directly to the modem.
