Beyond frustrated with Telus
I signed up over 2 weeks ago and they still have not sent me the equipment but they have sent me the bill for that period of time. I called and they offered me a $25 discount despite that not even covering the charges for that period where I didn't even have the equipment/service. I tried to cancel out of anger but could not get through to the loyalty department. What do I do? I am beyond frustrated but I have to use Telus for work because I need fibre.
