Advance wifi log in
I am trying to log in to 192.168.1.254, I've used the credentials in the back of the hub and it does not work. Ive also tried the default log in credentials that were posted online and nothing seemed to give me access. I also can not find the "access code" that they say is on the gateway. What can I do?
I recently got set up with PureFibre Gigabit Internet and wanted to try to turn off SmartSteering to have the 2.4 and 5ghz showing on separate wi-fi connections. Any help with this would be appreciated!

If the credentials on the hub do not work, you may need to reset the device. There is a pin hole on the back to reset it.

Which wireless router do you have? Only the T3200 (the big black rectangle shaped one) can turn off Smart Steering. The Wifi Hub (white cylinder) can't.
Oh darn, I have the white one. So is there nothing I can do with that one?
