Waybill to return a BIB phone

Hi,

It is almost a week waiting to receive my Waybill from Pulator.

I called Telus multiple times and they confirmed that I will received an email from Purlator but still nothing.

I called Purlator today and they sent me back to call Telus.

I need the Waybill ASAP to ship back the phone as I will not be keeping it and to avoid the BIB fee.
