Waiting for call back for over 24 hours
I’ve been waiting for over 24 hours for a call back. This has become the norm at Telus. What is the problem? Time to find a new provider perhaps?

I’ve requested a call back on March 24 , it is now March 29 and I’m still waiting. Am I missing something here?

I’ve been waiting four days for a call back,is there something wrong at Telus? I most definitely do not have any Telus numbers blocked.

Ive been waiting 4 days for a call back. I absolutely don’t have Telus number blocked. Customer service gets 0/10.
