Upgrading

I purchased a Galaxy 20 about 4 months ago and I absolutely dislike it - I obviously have a balance on the phone but wondering what are my options for going back to an iPhone? I got an email about a promo flash sale for $0 down etc and if you have a device you can bring it back and get a credit? Is this something I could do?

    You could ask and see, but your best option might be to sell it to a Samsung aficionado.

      Second what NFtoBC said! Your best bet would be to sell it and then purchase a new phone outright as the window for returning/exchanging is typically 15 days if it's store bought, or 30 days if it's ordered from TELUS over the phone/online.
