Unknown Charges

I have a pay as you go prepaid phone plan thru telus the $15 talk and text plan and my own phone

I HAD $5 credit on my account from the last time I renewed my service because my auto renew got messed up and ended up paying extra vouchers just to re instate it.

Well now I am getting unknown 0.01 cent and 0.02 cent charges from that credit for 0.0mb data being used randomly every day.

I do not have data. I do not use data. I do not even have data settings turned on anywhere in my device.

What are these charges? This has never happened before when I have been using the same service and “plan” for 3 years now
