Unexpected additional charges
I have been a Telus customer for 4+ years and I recently moved my 3 numbers back from Koodo. It was during a promotion that included waived connection fees. However, I was charged and got a bill 4x than what was expected! Please help resolve this and waive the connection fees as promised/advertised!
