Unable to roaming in Greece

My sim card is in my phone but I can't get a connection. I have tried manually choosing a network but I am unable to do that as well. Tried other people's sim card in my phone and works fine. Tried my sim in other people's phone and still doesn't work. Cleaned the sim but still nothing.

Any ideas?

    Have you added international roaming or Easy Roam? Without one of these add-ons, your phone will work only in North American dialling areas.

        Then if you have restarted your phone, and it is still not working, I would engage Telus through their social media platforms, @TelusSupprt, or through the chat function described in the Contact Us link at the page bottom (chat available on computer, not mobile device). Sometimes international roaming is not automatically added when EasyRoam is applied.
