Unable to get Any Proper Service from Telus

This whole year trying to connect or speak to Telus Rep has been nothing shy of horrendous LIP SERVBICES waste of two hours everytime. And everytime I called to questiont hge bill my discounts and benefits got removed. from &lesss than $100 bill I now have 143 per month with no benefits, and no on e to turn to. Recently I found out the service reps are now shared across the BEll/Rogers and Telus. And the dots are connected. So if I call as a Roger customer I will get the same REP who was helping Bell, or T4elus customer. This completely messed up the TELUS PROFOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE IDEOLOGY.

 

One year of lip service and doubling my cost of being a customer and no reason provided except, WE CAN SCREW Youanytime we feel like, Shame on you guys. Iam chaning my serviuces at least I know they are crappy

    selrizvi Not too sure where you heard about this bit of misinformation but there is no truth to it unless there's something my boss isn't telling me ;). Joking aside, can you elaborate more on what kind of discounts/promos you're referring to? Most of our discount codes are active for a maximum 2 year period. If you can tell us what the promo/discount is named, we might be able to shed more light on it.

      Firstly, I don't have time for your jokes. If you are a Telus employee, th3n abstain from that. If you are Not a Telus employee then sure you can joke around all you want. But please make it funny 😁
  • You can reach out to Telus on X. They're fairly fast to respond and deal with any issues, send them a direct message and they will resolve any issues you have.
