Telus has a poor automated telephone service

Telus has a poor automated telephone service, trying to call in and talk to someone is nearly impossible. Why is it so hard to actually be able to talk to a representative??????
Update: Afterfinallly getting transferred to real person on hold for 35 mins, just to be told I got the wrong dept!!! Telus says they are the best provider but maybe they should Concentrate on better customer service with their automated telephone service!

    When given options that don't relate to what you need I always just answer "Live Agent"

    That gets the service to at least recognize you need to talk to a real person
