Sim card
I recently ordered 2 Samsung galaxy S22 phones under the same EPP account. One of the phones says it has no phone number assigned & only one phone number is showing under my Telus account. Is the sim card defective?

They could of sent you a different sim card thats not assigned to you. Best to call and check.

More likely the second number wasn’t properly provisioned. Call your EPP representative to get it sorted.
