Sim card order

I ordered a simcard LAST month on the 30th, it says shipped and still hasn't showed up! Was getting Telus a mistake ?

Hi Lunakitten - SIM Cards can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Has it been that long?

Ordered a new SIM card from Telus to swap into a iPhone 7. I can’t get it to fit, seems like a hair too big and maybe not long enough. Gold side up right???? I can get to fit white side up only. .
