Samsung needs servicing
Hi, My daughter's Samsung phone needs servicing. It shows that it's overheating but it isn't. It won't start up. During this period where all stores are closed, how do we get these devices fixed? Can we send it someplace?

You can try contacting Samsung Canada directly. They should be able to describe where to seek a repair facility.
Telus does not repair phones in house.
