Plan Change Issues

I'm trying to set up a new plan, becuase it is the only way to change my plan.
I selected my new plan, had all my info in until it was time to select a phone number, and realised it was giving me BC numbers, because the website had BC automatically selected. I changed it and entered everything again, and now it says 'Unfortunately, an error has occurred. Please try again later.'

Everything I try to do is met with errors. I don't know if there is someone who is trying to sabotage the company, if they are sabotaging their themselves, or they need to get rid of their IT team and get a new one. 

I tried to change my plan, it says low balance, despite using a credit card. No option to add a promo code, a whole bunch of other errors I'm not getting into now. I just want to activate a plan. It shouldn't be this difficult and it should takes takes to accomplish. I'm thinking of switching. I don't know if the SIM card is now void and I need to get another one.

    I even tried resetting my password, I can't log in to my Telus account. It seems are trying their hardest to lose customers. I'd check and see if one of the IT people isn't trying to sabotage the company. I've gotten about as much errors as Facebook.

    I thought I had to change my number, because I had to set up a new account, without knowing I could just transfer the phone number, apparently. On the website, it says it becomes available after 15 minutes. I'd rather not go through the hassle of changing it on all the sites it's associated with.

    When it says pick a new phone number, there should be an awesome to also choose from available numbers.

    I was switching to a different plan, after encountering some errors, I was told to buy a new SIM card and get a plan on that. I changed my number with plans to change it back on the new plan/SIM card, I have to keep clicking generate until I get it. It is nerve wracking. It could take a few hours. I don't want to deal with the hassle of changing my number on the many places where it's associated.

    Since I changed my number, the change number feature is blocked for 90 days.

      I'm over 2,000 clicks in. I must have set a record for clicking generate new phone number. Every so often, the website glitches out and I have to enter all my information and do the routine again. I don't spend days clicking generate number just to get my number back. This could be a lawsuit in the making.
