One android phone on our plan cannot receive calls from one ios phone on our plan
Not only do the calls go straight to voicemail, there is no record of the missed call on the device. It only happens in one direction (can call the other way) and from one specific phone.
Anyone have a clue how to fix this? Is it a routing issue in the Telus network?

Perhaps the Android phone has this feature (or something similar) turned on for the contact of the person with the iPhone.
