My mobile bills last month and this month is wrong
Hi I’m currently living in Korea. I haven’t used my phone at all. However, my phone bills are higher than my regular bills. Could you please fix this issue ASAP? This same thing happened last year and got resolved afterwards.

My bills are also higher the last 2 months for no reason. It supposed to be 67.80 every month, taxes included.
Until February it was always that price and now in March I was charged 79.10 and now for May it is 102.45 for no reason, I did not change my plan at all and I am on an EPP unlimited plan??? Please change this issue as soon as possible and give me the money back, you own me. I was on the phone with customer service in March for 3 hours!!!!!! to change back from 79.10 to 67.80, and agent told me all is back to normal and now for May it is again 35 dollar more for no reason. Please correct this issue before I have to do additional steps to escalate this case. Thanks very much
