My friend has an iPhone 13 with bring in back option in Telus for 2 years with monthly payment for phone 0
She is going to move in Europe permanently
What should she do with device?Should she return it to telus or could she keep this device?

According to BiB FAQ https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/telus-bring-it-back-device-upgrade-explained:
"What happens if I no longer want to be part of the Bring-It-Back™ program?
You can leave the program at any point during your contract by paying back the Bring-It-Back™ program amount. At any point after the first 6 months, you can also leave the program by bringing back your phone. Keep in mind that by paying back the Bring-It-Back™ program amount or bringing back your phone, you may still have an Easy Payment balance remaining on your account. Clearing one does not clear the other."- She needs to return the device to Telus unless she wants to be charged the buy out fee to keep the device.
