Mobility Scam

Please everyone be aware I have been recently scammed by Telus mobility. I received the offer of a Family plan with 4 lines for $ 180.00/monthly.
The first bill came $ 498.00 and they are saying this is correct.
And are really charging me that!

    Hi Ted2  the first bill is more expensive considering the connection fees per line and the1st month charge in advance.  The next bills you receive will show the amount you were quoted.  Too bad the agents didn't give you that info.

    Without knowing what is in the first bill, it is impossible to offer comment. Are there device costs, setup costs, etc?
