I purchased stream+ but it is not showing
I purchased stream+ with my internet a week ago at a discounted rate. It is not showing on my account to activate and I have not received any emails about it. My Telus internet is up and running. I have called in and keep getting into a french call centre and transferred around with no help.

Hello DLtchman, you don't see the Stream+ subscription plan in your TELUS online account? Did you search in your spam inbox as well?
