Hi A few questions about the LivingWell CompanionTM Go .

What is the actual weight of it. Is it lighter than the Philips lifeline?.

When it says water resistant does that mean that you can wear it in the shower or having a bath?.

Where are your support centres & how many operators are in them and seeing our calls at one time?.

The one that I have at the moment I only need to charge once every 6-7 days , will yours last that long?.
