Help, I've had no service and it's not registering saying I can only make emergency calls
Okay so yesterday my service just cut out of no were, I can't text or call yet it keeps telling me that I can make emergency calls, the bars have gone up and down all day,
Yet on my drive home yesterday I randomly got texts then as soon as I got home I couldn't do anything
Yet everytime I go to try to register it to a network it can't,
I've done everything I can, I really need help
I've done all the steps from turning my phone off, updating it, getting a new Sim card, a esim, updating and resting my phone, I've also spent an hour the phone with telus trying to fix it (I used my husband's phone to call who is also with telus, and works perfectly fine)
Also my Sim card and my esim tells me there is no number on it when I have no phone attached it which
I really need my phone right now because my mom is in the hospital 😓
I've seen that its happened to other people I just want to get it fixed without having to upgrade right now

I would try putting your SIM card in your husbands (or another phone) to see if it works and vice versa. This way you can find out if you have a phone problem. Have you tried resetting the network settings on the phone? Also, if this is a prepaid account and your balance goes to zero, you will lose service and will have to add money and call to re-register the sim.
