Flip 4 not working

I have a Flip 4 that is only 1.5 years old.  Shuts off eveytime I start to close it and the front screen only works when phone is plugged in charger.  Main screen works fine (when open) and phone works fine otherwise.  Problem started after last big software update a few weeks ago.   Any suggestions?  Is there a Telus contact I can email since I am still paying for this phone on my contract?  I have 5 phones and plans with Telus all coming due this year.  I would think if I can speak to a real person they would be interested in keeping this business.
