Can't use my prepaid phone in Norway @ links to members
I need some help getting my prepaid plan changed to a monthly and activate it so I can use my phone in Norway. Anybody??
Pre-paid won't work in Europe. You'll need to chat with Telus directly to see if there are any options they have to switch to monthly while you are out of Canada.
The admins previously posted:
TELUS Pay and Talk service is available only in Canada (expand Terms and Conditions to view line 1), I'm afraid.
You can change the service type to Post-paid at any time - which will enable international roaming - but we do require a phone call to do so: +1 416 940 5995.

I have a prepaid plan that I want to change to a monthly plan. I am abroad and need help changing and activating my plan.
