5 G Ottawa
I have a 5G account in Ottawa that tells me I can get access to speeds of up to (That's the selling point, up to ) bleh bleh bleh.. However my speeds are often closer to late 90s broadband ..20m/sec sometimes less. On a iphone 15 pro max so thats not the issue, had the same issue on a 13

If you visit the TELUS Coverage Map page at: https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/network/coverage-map and after inputting your address, confirm that you're in an area where you should be getting faster speed...you should be able to see a green 'Report an issue' button to fill out a form with contact info. It goes directly to our network team for investigation.
Yeah I have done that a few times.. Sadly there is no "Anywhere in the city " Button
