Vault in the Front Yard
We have a Telus box in our front yard and needs to be raised as it dips down by a foot. i need to re grade my yard to have a safe slope and currently its a low spot and water is most likely draining in the vault.

You can report this by visiting www.telus.com/status and clicking on the green 'Report an outage' button on the right hand side. Then select the right button that says 'Report an outage' with a tower icon on it. Then fill out the form with all of your info, location, select the 'Vault damage or missing lid' box, and attach a picture if you could. Once submitted, it goes straight to our field team who will assign someone to look in to it!
