Para cambiar mi iPhone
I want to exchange my iPhone 14 pro for an iPhone 16 pro, how can I do it? Online it doesn't let me do it, thanks.

If you already have a contract with the iPhone you can upgrade however, will be required to payout the contract to be able to start a new contract on a new device. If it won't allow you to do it online, you will need to visit a store or give us a call.
