Need help with account and static IP
The last time that we re-upped our contract agreement the sales guy created a new additional internet account and somehow removed our static IP provisioning at the same time. His answer was for me to call in to resolve this. I have called multiple times and have been told that someone will get back to me, but months later there has been no response. I am the owner of Food Market. Food Market would like to cancel Telus Account However, the original person who applied for this account was the manager of Food Market, so the Telus Service Center says that the manager should cancel this account. Unfortunately, I cannot contact him. I have been the owner of Food Market since 2006 and I am currently managing and paying the Telus Bill under Telus I can also prove that I am the owner of Food Market. I am closing my business and proactively scheduled a termination of business phone. No problem and even got an email to confirm the scheduled termination. Two days later a Telus employee terminated the service 2 months early. A quick phone call with a smart tech support saw the problem and overnight the phone was alive again. Next I get a credit invoice as the cancellation occurred mid month of a paid month. Some of you only wish it goes so smoothly. So I now see a credit and have an active phone line. That was a month ago. Yesterday I receive a paper bill (I opted for paperless bills btw) for same phone with a new Telus account number. There is no connection to the old account number which is also active with a credit which now includes my current month payment. One credit, one owing. How do I get the credit to pay the debit? June 14th is termination day, wonder if that is still an event, we shall see. Hi there, probably some of you, have received the same offer than me last year. But, up today I cannot resolve this situation, at least 3 agents took my case but nobody answered with a convincing solution, Up today nobody fix this Not Honored Offer. I am here feeling myself so stupid and abused by this company; after all this time all I feel is frustration and deception for this company. I remember the negotiation over the phone “Don't worry Sr. We are improving our support department, reducing wait times at minimum” “We are partner in business, we will take care of you” “give us the chance to serve you”. I want to have a phone booth removed from my driveway. The booth is broken, no door, ugly, the phone itself is broken and the line is not even working. It blocks the vue trying to get out of our driveway. I have contacted Telus chat, they could not help me but gave me this number 1-800-361-3311 but the only choices I have is mobility, home security, home services, Nothing else. I searched online for anything about public payphones/phone booths, I still cannot find a phone number or someone to call about this. Do you know how to get through to Telus without playing name games with the voice command and talking to an actual person that can actually set me in the right direction to get this thing removed? I need to cancel my office Internet by the end of the month and so far it's gone like this: - Business representative tells me to call *611 - *611 is a robot that gives me instructions on cancelling mobility add-ons - Check the Telus store - Telus store employee gives me Loyalty number - Loyalty tells me they'll transfer me to Business - Business hangs up while I'm on hold - Call Business and get told by a robot at 4:30PM that the office is closed, even though your website lists the service as closing at 5PM Who do I have to contact and how do I do that without having hours of my time wasted?
