Pastille rouge de notification dans "Messagerie" ne disparaît pas
Je possède un Iphone se 2022 avec IOS 15.7. Dans l'application du téléphone. La pastille de notification rouge sur l'icône de message ne disparaît pas. Pourtant je n'ai aucun nouveau message. J'ai redémarré le téléphone, mis à jour le téléphone avec IOS le plus récent, je me suis appelé d'un autre téléphone, laissé un message sur ma boîte vocale, je l'ai écouté puis effacé, rien à faire: la pastille est toujours là et elle ne disparaît pas. J'aime bien l'abonnement en prime a tout.tv mais hier, j'ai reçu ce courriel : "Annulation de votre abonnement Bonjour ############ Oups! Nous avons dû annuler votre forfait ICI TOU.TV EXTRA, car le compte TELUS auquel était relié votre abonnement n’existe plus ou a été modifié." Still on the january 2022 update i didnt receive the february 25 and the march 8 updates... I'm on samsung devices since a very long time on Koodo and now Telus and always got the updates on the day it supposed to be release or 1 day later... I have been with Telus for over 20 years. I changed my mobility package last summer and Telus gave me one with Easy Roam. I visited the Caribbean January 7,2022 and returned to Canada February 7, 2022, Telus has charged me for 7 days Easy Roam at $14.00 per day total of $110.74. I had my mobile phone on Airplane mode and my cellular data was turned off. I had two other devices to make calls locally and overseas. My Telus phone was on for internet use only, I.e messenger. I called Telus and explained, but they refused to remove the charges. Has anyone encountered this and what was the outcome?
