Je possède un compte d’entreprise. Une PME. depuis le 7 Mars 2025. Je me suis fait contacter par une directrice de compte. elle m’a fourni de fausse informations pour changer les cellulaires . Je tente à plusieurs reprises de me faire aider par le service à la clientèle. Aucun résultat. D’autres parts la facturation continue de charger des intérêts. J'ai transféré mes 3 lignes chez Telus. J'ai reçu mes cartes sim sans aucune instructions. Lors de l'insertion des cartes dans nos téléphones, on peut appeler mais personne n'arrive à nous joindre (répondeur). Je tente de joindre le service clientèle - tjs occupé, personne ne répond. Je tente des mails au commercial - aucune réponse. Pourtant on m'a bien facturé la période de fin septembre... bref, je suis hyper déçu de la qualité de services.. et on me laisse seul avec mes problèmes !Nico14 years agoNeighbour726Views0likes2CommentsWorst managed company in Canada
Telus ground level support don't have the resources or training to consistantly be of help. Most of them seem nice. Management and the Executives are unavailable and hide from the consequences of their decisions. They leave their staff to face an angry customer every time. I once spent an hour and a half on hold with Mascon ( formerly Gulf Island Cable, a exceptional company that Mascon ran into the ground). When I finally was able to talk to someone they had no idea what Mascon was (it's a Telus company) and could offer no help. So another hour and a half on hold again. This is VERY common. Cell service is spotty where I live and until it gets reliable I'm stuck with Telus. Everyone on this Island is sick of Telus and people are offered condolences when they hear that you had to deal with them. Be assured that when the day comes that alternatives are available around here Telus will be gone in a month. All the cute animals in your ads won't help.
