(Updated) Exciting New Changes Have Arrived!

***Update (July 22, 2025): Neighbourhood will be updated today! The update will start at 7:30am (PT) over several hours. Please be patient with is while we work on bringing you a better Neighbourhood experience. ***

 

The Neighbourhood forum has connected people from all walks of life to help each other resolve issues and get the most out of their TELUS services. We’re always looking for ways to enhance that experience so we’ve been working behind the scenes to improve the TELUS Neighbourhood for all of you.

We’re thrilled to announce that we'll be getting an upgrade! Our community platform will soon migrate to a next-gen, modern experience that will make connecting with other members (and TELUS team members) easier and more enjoyable.

As a teaser, here’s what you can expect to come your way:

Super-fast performance: faster page loads and smoother navigation

 

Mobile-user design: we know most of you navigate Neighbourhood on your mobile devices so you’ll experience a more responsive UI

 

Modern Interface: a new and clean design with intuitive layout

 

Enhanced User Experience: improved search, context-based information widgets, streamlined navigation, and more

 

When Will Neighbourhood Migrate to the new Platform?

  • Dru, there doesn't seem to be a way to send a Private Message, or to reply to one.....

      Thanks, Steve7​. We're aware of the issue and we're working with our vendor to have it resolved. 

  • For some reason I'm having trouble signing up for these new look Forums. I enter my old user name and password but then I get this message:

    Don't forget to finish your registration so you can fully participate in the community.

    So then I click on the " Complete Registration " box but nothing happens. I've tried about 5 or 6 times now but nothing happens each time. <Admin edit: Personal info removed>

      I was able to sign in by entering my username and password, getting an error message and then selecting "sign in using My Telus" below. This is all well and good, but there is no way I can find to send a Private Message, or to reply to one.

  • But now I see that my user name shows up in my last message so I have no idea what the problem is. I guess I am signed up after all. 👍

    EDIT: Geez - this is freaking frustrating. Apparently I can't start a new thread until I complete my registration so hopefully some MOD here can help me out.

  • I still can't complete my registration but at least I picked up a new badge by leaving a comment on a blog post. 😁

    Hey @BobArthur  - your profile looks to be set up on SSO. Can you try your TELUS My Account credentials instead (it's your UN and PW to view your TELUS services portal)?
